SMILE

 


We think that cost of smile is too much and that is the only reason we do not smile. Our smile should come automatically without any reason and it should be spontaneous. We hesitate to do that because our perception is that if our face is serious then people will listen to us but it is not true. If you smile at somebody then the perception of that person changes towards you. Smile is Yoga and it does exercise of our face. You can feel it if you keep your face always smiling and see the changes in you and observe others. It releases stress and our relaxation will begin. Smile without happiness has a great impact on our personality.     

“we can always smile and influence others to smile back”.
